When you experience an emotional conflict, your mind is incessantly drawn to it to discover its source. Your painful memories are unexpectedly triggered, your inner restlessness cannot be tamed, your past comes up when you think about your future.
You may not identify it as symptoms of your inner conflict. Nonetheless, similar puzzling situations will occur, familiar scenarios will repeat, the same unsettling feeling will persist until your inner conflict is resolved.
I’ve noticed that when you understand your inner conflict, the external, practical solution appears to you in a self-evident way.
At times you will not need to take any action at all. Sometimes you may not be ready to act quite yet.
Oftentimes, however, the solution reveals itself to you together with inspiration and courage to implement it.
In every case, you find yourself in the state of inner clarity, which illuminates the outer world too.
